Shipping and Delivery Policy

“AamBoss®” is a trademark of M/s.PatFeast India LLP (“Company”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered and corporate office at 11, RamAshray, Plot 21, Sector 19, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400706 in the course of its business. The domain name AamBoss.com is owned by the Company .

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you and you can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products almost anywhere in India other than a few locations which our logistic partners do not serve. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination.

At what rate am I charged for shipping and packing?

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the shipment and on the location of delivery.

How and when is my order is dispatched?

Orders received before 11 am are processed and packed on the same day subject to the availability of the products.

In case of Fresh Mangoes, Only limited Pincodes are served. While we procure from Farmers,  where Harvest Date and other factors matter the delivery as compared to local market yards, we do not ship unless we ensure good product.

Dispatches of Fresh Produce is subject to Harvest and Packaging, no urgency can be expected. 

All Completed orders are dispatched on the next business day by courier partners.

In how many days do I get my order delivered?

We usually get your shipment delivered within 3-22 business days of your placing the order on our website depending on the customer’s location and delivery partners. Orders containing Liquids are sent by surface shipping which take long delivery periods and remote locations where only Indian Post serves delivery may consume longer period of delivery

We have partnered with multiple courier providers for shipment of orders and based on your location, we may ship your order through any one of them. Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • Nobody available at the shipping address
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Other Force Majeure
  • A default of the Shipping Partner

If there is any further delay in shipping the products, One of our customer support staff will call you regarding the same.
If you are willing to wait we ship your product otherwise refund will be issued in 1 to 2 business days, once the package is returned to us.

Can I get order delivered urgently?

We do try our best to expedite the order processing on customer request, however delays due to above listed challenges or delays by the courier companies, post dispatch are beyond our control. In such delays, we do not provide any refund due for delays

Do I get Notifications for the status of my order?

We send you a confirmation email once the order is placed, shipped and when the order is delivered.
In case you want to check the shipment status in between you can track your order details in your account.
Our Courier partner then delivers the product to you at the address provided by you.
You may collect it after signing the acknowledgment with Contact No. It is mandatory to give Telephone # or Mobile # of the person who receives the package.
In case of customers non availability at the delivery address, private courier partners may reattempt the delivery , however at remote locations or shipment by India Post has to be collected by the customer. No Reattempt is done.

Can anyone staying on the delivery address collect the delivery?

Yes, however, if demanded by the delivery partner, the receiver should possess any one of the following documents as ID proof to take delivery of the product:

  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • Aadhar Card

How can I track my order?

When a shipment is dispatched, Shipping partner provides a tracking Id, which we provide the Customer.
If the Shipping partner provides an online tracking facility, it can be checked over the provided URL. or the Tracking id can be checked by calling the Shipping partner.

Can I redirect my Shipment?

No. Shipment once dispatched, the address cannot be changed or shipment cannot be redirected.
