Returns and Refunds Policy

“AamBoss®” is a trademark of M/s.PatFeast India LLP (“Company”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered and corporate office at 11, RamAshray, Plot 21, Sector 19, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400706 in the course of its business. The Company is the Owner of the domain name AamBoss.com .

Conditions of Sale (between Sellers and the Customer)

Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for any products with the Sellers (“We” or “Our” or “Us”, wherever applicable) on the AamBoss® App or Website . These conditions signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future AamBoss® service (e.g.: Wish list or Marketplace of AamBoss®), you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines and conditions applicable to that service (“Terms”). If these Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

1. Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You

  • AamBoss® ships mangoes in a semi-ripe condition to ensure consumers enjoy naturally ripened fruit. Recipients must follow the ripening process mentioned on the outer box.

    Fruits may lose 10-20% weight due to moisture loss during ripening, so we measure their weight at harvest. Heat or other factors may spoil 1-3 mangoes, which is normal for perishable goods and not compensable.

    For quality assurance, we send other long-shelf-life products at least six months before expiry. Since these products are seasonal, they have a shorter expiry date.

2. Our Contract

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you order a product from us, we send an email or SMS confirming the order details. This Order Confirmation E-mail or SMS acknowledges that we received your order but does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product. 

We accept your offer and complete the sale contract only when we dispatch your ordered product. We also send an email or SMS confirming the dispatch (“Dispatch Confirmation E-mail/SMS”). If we send your order in multiple packages, you will receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation E-mail/SMS for each. Each Dispatch Confirmation E-mail/SMS and dispatch creates a separate sale contract for the listed products. 

You enter into this contract with us (the Sellers) and confirm that you are purchasing the products for personal use, not for resale or business. Hereby you authorize us to declare this purpose to any government authority on your behalf for orders placed on the AamBoss® App or Website.

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail/SMS relating to that product. Please note that we sell products only in quantities which correspond to the typical needs of an average household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.

 

3. Returns and Refunds

We will not consider complaints received after 24 hours of package delivery. The recipient must report any damage with photos within 24 hours of receiving the package.

If more than 30% (4-6 mangoes in a dozen) are damaged, we will send replacements with your next order . Customer must pay for shipping if not wanted in next order.

If more than 50% (7-12 mangoes in a dozen) are damaged, AamBoss® will pay only for the replacement mangoes. Customer  must cover shipping costs.

5. Cancellations

As a policy, orders once Dispatched cannot be cancelled.

We will refund the full order amount if we do not dispatch it or if it gets lost or undelivered.

AamBoss® may cancel any order without explanation if we cannot meet quality or delivery standards. We will inform you about the cancellation within a reasonable time and process any refund as per our returns and refunds policy.

6. Pricing and availability

We list availability information for products sold by us on the App or Website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the App or Website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just tentative.

We do not guarantee dispatch times, so do not rely on them. While processing your order, we will inform you by email or SMS if any product becomes unavailable.

7. Taxes

Though our prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses etc for the purchase of the products.

8. Health & Safety

By purchasing any product from our AamBoss® App or Website, you agree that you will not create any dispute and or demand any compensations for health related issues, not limited to Blood Glucose levels.

9. Communications

When you visit AamBoss® App or Website, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you, for Returns and Refunds, by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including SMS, e-mails or phone calls from us with respect to your order.

10. Losses

We will not cover any business loss, like lost profits, revenue, contracts, savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenses. We also will not cover any indirect or unexpected loss that neither you nor we could reasonably foresee when making the sales contract.

11. Alteration or Amendments to the Conditions

We may change our policies and Conditions of Sale for returns and refunds at any time. The policies and Conditions of Sale in effect when you order will apply unless the law or a government authority requires changes. In that case, the changes will apply to your previous orders.If any condition becomes invalid, void, or unenforceable, we will remove it, but the other conditions will remain valid.

12. Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not cover any business loss, like lost profits, revenue, contracts, savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenses. We also will not cover any indirect or unexpected loss that neither you nor we could reasonably foresee when making the sales contract.

13. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at MUMBAI to abide by our returns and refunds policy

Communication with Company

If you wish to correct or update any information you have provided, you may do soon the website itself. Alternatively, you may contact the Company to correct or update such information by sending an e-mail to: wecare@aamboss.com. In the event of loss of access to the website, you may contact the Company by sending an e-mail to: wecare@aamboss.com.
