Spicy Salad with Raw Mango

 1 Zuchini
 200 g Corn Kernels
 1 Cucumber
 1 Bok Choy / Cabbage, Optional
 1 Capsicum
 Vegetables Of Your Choice
Dressing
 Mayo, Optional
 Konkani Kairi Thecha

First cut the Zucchini into small square pieces. Slice the Cucumber in the Potato Chip Slicer or by Hand. Take out the skin of the capsicum and you will observe that it makes a square shape, now cut it into small pieces. Cut The Pak Choy's Stem, you can add the stem if you want but it tastes bitter. Take out the Corn Kernels from a Boiled Corn.

Mix all the vegetables. Add Kokani Thecha and Mayo. Mayo is optional but tastes the best.
